1.Why we design and produce the production line?
We also called Auto Cultural stone production line,After years of development, he has developed a new product based on the characteristics of our concrete products, according to the needs of the customer market, we design and produce it. The purpose is to help customers save manpower and make more professional and better -looking artificial stone.

2, What kind of concrete molds is suitable for this production line?
The production line can not only produce cultural wall stones for decoration, but also produce concrete tiles, cement flower pots, ventilation windows&breeze block , cement road kerb, and others concrete products ，and also it is suitable for different size of concrete molds.

3.What is the advantage of the production line ？
（1）More efficient production, can achieve 800M2 Per day (8hrs)
（2）Labors saving for production, 5-6 workers needed only, can largely reduce the labor cost of factory output.
（3） Multiple function for production, it include unloading, painting, concrete dosing and stacking, and available usage， for plastic molds of floor tile and terrazzo tile, silicone molds for artificial stone ect,
（4）The auto spray paiting machine, has function for mold oil painting, stroll color painting, and full color painting, also it can be turned on/off sperately .
 
4.What is the whole set of AutoVenner stone production line include ?
Concrete Feeding part Aggregate Storage Bins,Two or three storage bin needed for this mixer one for stones with capacity 3or 4m3 and the other one for Silica with lower capacity 3 or 4 m3 .Storage bin will be installed under ground in order to feed it as below.
 

Aggregate Hopper：Hopper will Be installed underground as the design of storage Bin.
Cement Silo : To tranfer the cement to the mixer.

Mixing part : Concrete mixer, mix the raw material with confirmed water quantity,

and with a stable mixing time.to ensure the concrete will be evenly enough to inform the good quality artificial stone/paving tiles.

Casting Part :Auto wet cast dosing machine.

It include the mixing hopper, concrete doser with pneumatic control and storage silo. The bright spot: Concrete dosing caculated kilograms,and also can be by times , also with vibration functions.
